Double Destackers

  • It is used to take the blanks from the stack and carry them to the destacker conveyor.
  • The system is a double destacker.
  • The system has two blank carts.
  • The system feed parts in accordance with the 8 -25 spm speed of the line.
  • Axis movements will be provided by servo motor + planetary gearbox.
  • Vertical transport distance will be ~700 mm.
  • The load carrying capacity will be 15 kg.
  • Destackers can carry double blanks on one shot.
  • There are double sheet sensors on both destackers.
  • Blank cart dimensions are 1900 x 900 mm
  • Blank lenght dimensions are 200 to 1800 mm
  • Blank width dimensions are 200 to 800 mm
  • Blank carts elevates the stack 550 mm
  • Blank cart goes outside on rails when blanks are finished.
  • Blank carts are locked to the ground on both inside and outside positions.
  • Blank height capacity is 500 mm and 5 tons each.
